In the summer of 2020, we hired Orlando Construction to build our screened-in back porch. Matt and all of his subcontractors were so easy to work with, and not only experts at their craft, but also professional in their work. We are in love with our porch, and enjoy it almost daily!

One of the most stressful parts of refresh or renovation (big or small) is finding the right people to work with and let into your home. I was underwhelmed with those I had met with; they didn’t understand my wants, needs and budget. Then I met Matt Orlando and immediately knew we had found our guy. What I liked most about Matt is that he is a good listener, open minded, creative, and knows when to offer his professional advice and guidance.

Matt recently helped us do a facelift on our master bedroom.  We weren't quite ready to pull the trigger on "new everything," so he worked with us on a design that could fit into our budget and get us a new look to sustain us for the next few years until we do the big reno with the "new everything."  We loved his work so much that we are bringing him back this Spring to remodel our galley bar in our home.  He is timely, responsive, fairly priced, his subs are held to his same high standard, and his attention to detail is what you want in a contractor.
